I received a call 4/2 to receive a $1,000.00 free online shopping spree, all I had to to was pay $39.90 every other month fo 20 months. But when I received my letter in the mail, it was for $39.9

Miscellaneous

I received a call 4/2 from Great American Readers informing me that I had won a $1,000.00 on-line shopping spree, all I had to do was take a great deal of 5 magazines which I could choose for $39.90 every other month for 20 months.

When I received my letter 4/8, I was now going to be charged $39.90 a month for 20 months, & they picked my magazines for me, none of which I would want or read for that matter.

I called them 4/9 at 9:05 am, spoke to a rep & explain that was not what I was told by 3 different sales reps. She said she would have an acct rep call me back in about 2 wks, but my acct would be placed on hold till then & my bank acct wouldn't be charged anymore til then. They won't let me cancell. Is there anything I can do?
