I had expressed no interest in new gutters nor had I called them. Although I repeatedly explained that my husband was overseas and I was not able to make any large decisions without him, that we were considering putting our house on the market and divorcing, Mr. Michael McKenzie, succeeded in getting a deposit from me for $2,293.00. He was a relentless sales agent. They have absolutley refused to refund my money on a technicality that I did not inform them in writing within 3 days. And when I called to follow-up I was told, "bring on the lawsuit." I have filed a Civil Complaint against them in Delaware County. Please be aware of this company serviing the Tri-State Area. They prey, solicit, take the money and run.
