Paul Darcy Jr. Pretended to be some big shot entrepeuner business man. He hired 8 sales managers and put them on a weekly salary of 1200.00 per week. Turns out after 3 weeks of working and no pay that this guy is actually a 21 year old kid still living at home and trying to scam business owners into purchasing a spot on his laborlands.com website that he says will compete with yellowpages.com. Go to the site and look, how cheaply made it is. No search optimization so no one will ever find your business on there. To this day Paul Darcy Jr. Has not paid any of his employees, He supposedly went and borrowed 10K from his uncle to pay his employess and he never did. The Attorney General for MA has been contacted, the Labor board and the BBB. Paul was actually confronted by a local detective and told that he had committed multiple felonies since he is recruiting over state lines. He promised the detective he was going to pay his employees and never has. Paul has threatened that if we posted ads on sites like this that he would sue... Why because what we post is the truth. I spoke to several businesses on his site and they have never heard of the guy nor gave him permission to put their business on there. He also said that he is pledging 10% of all sales to the St. Judes Hospital but that is a lie to. When I spoke to St. Judes they said that they never heard of him but if he said he was pledging money to them that the would seek legal council to get it. Bottom line is this guy is a fake and a cheat. He has been arrested for fraud in the past from what I was told. He is a schemer and a scammer and all businesses that are contacted by this guy need to be aware of the consequences of doing business with him. He will take your credit card information, charge you for a useless service that will never bring you any business. You may even see unathorized charges from him so beware and be warned. This guy is under federal investigation for fraud in multiple states. He has no business sense and is after a quick dollar so please do not speak to this guy. What kind of business owner hires employees and refuses to pay them. Would you want you business associated with this type of low life criminal who preys on the good fortunes of others. Keep your reputation clean and do not get involved with this guy as he is bad news and he will cause you nothing but pain and suffering. He is a habitual liar and incapable of doing good to anyone who comes in contact with him. Beware paul darcy jr. And laborlands.com are frauds and cheats!
