Many months before i published a problem about discount mugs.com

I'd purchased many metal water bottles without any style, just simple. I designed to buy stainless. I needed to simply trade in the metal types for many stainless types and pay regardless of the difference may be.

I named customer service and was told they do not do refunds or trade-ins.

Ever since then-even though it took many months, i did so get a phone and emails from the supervisor. His name is amin. He was excellent, apologized, and sent me an incident high in stainless water bottles-and that i held the metal types i'd purchased before.

Amin significantly more than composed for your mistake which was produced by a customer support agent in not letting me return containers earlier.

Amin also did a follow-up call to ensure i had been pleased with the new containers.

I appreciate amin and hope he can turn that business around, so they might have satisfied customers in the place of some disappointed types.
