They company said that there was 2 individual that were interested in me but i had to pay up front to email them. They didnt return my email

Date.com said they would help me find a companion. Once i gave my profile they said they had 2 ladies interested in my profile that i should email them. However i couldnt email them because i have to pay up front to be able to do so and that it would cost me 59.95 for 3 months.
So i paid them and once i email the 2 individual they didnt reply to my email So on the 3rd day of membership i requested to be removed and asked if i could get my refund back the supportdate.com said no. I feel this is not right and they said i had 24 hours to cancel and that didnt show on my payment billing. So i feel they are out of line and show be removed from the internet before the rip someone else off.
