Misleading hidden fees

This product and company is a rip-off in all sense. I got the product and tried it; first of all it did nothing different than the rest of my straightners, however I didn't want to go through returning it and I needed a new iron and I thought that I would pay the $120 that I thought was a good idea for two regardless if it did anything else different. When I got my first deduction it was for double the charge and then when I called they said; "Sorry, it is after the thirty days". They said that I asked for an upgrade with a chip in it and that is news to me and they wouldn't even help with any fees. I told them that I would pay the $120 that I was told that it would cost, but now it is up to almost $200. The customer service was ruid and unwilling to work, so I want everyone to know that this equipment does not work any better than the product that they can get at any other store, save your money and your time because companies like this do not deserve our money or time.
