Meineke Econo Lube N' Tune #4305 installed wrong oil filter, which failed while I was driving, ruining my engine. Scott, franchisee/owner, not only accepts no responsibility, he blames me for driving the car.

I allowed him to tow my car from my mechanic's shop to his shop for inspection, and now he refuses to even tow it back where he got it. I called corporate and have received no response. I am continuing to incur rental car charges and face an engine replacement cost from $1950-3700.
