Loaded a $45 unlmited card with minutes and the phone broke and locked up. Called Straight Talk, they sent envelop to return phone saying it would be replaced and my minutes put on the new replacement. Received phone. It was working, then on 4/4/10 had no service, Should have had service till 16th of April. Lady reactivated the phone after seeing all the problems with 1st phone. Then today spoke with a Nicole who wanted the SN# of 1st phone, and do not have that info, Straight Talk has the phone. Nicole was rude and would not reactivate the phone saying from the first install of minutes it had exceeded the 30 day limit. I will contact a supervisor on 4/6/10.
