And you cannot verify anything about anyone useing thier drivers' license unless you are the police & have access to police officer criminal "wants & warrants" sites or "codis" or "ncic" or "criss" or various others... This nation "affords" more protections to the ex-felon or ex-convicted, than it does you, the innocent! My advice, is;move to switzerland or australia (if australia will let you move there "still" on "the points system").. The united states of america is a "united states of amnesia", it remembers "nothing" beyond monday morning...
