Sears is a master at this - just installed a new Kenmore Elite dishwasher - it did not include the proprietary water connector nor the electrical fasteners - An extra dollar or 2 would eliminated my frustration.
Bought a lawn mower from them 3 years ago - SP drive failed, returned it, had the same problem within a week. Turns out they failed to properly lubricate the dog clutches. 5 cents at manufacture would have prevented this problem.
