Ignored my credentials, pretended many skills are only one

I have great experience, many skills, many honors, and more. After completing a Work Force Development program and everyone saying I did great, I was sent to Express Personnel. All expected them to be able to find a great job with my credentials that are much needed. The representative there and I was told to ask for her, looked over my papers and then, claimed, "the only skill with work experience that you have is 'cafeteria work', and we don't have anything with cafeteria work right now" It is a total lie to claim that I only have one low aptitude skill. I have many skills, including plenty of high aptitude skills. Locally, there is a lot of prejudice and lying to block people from the opportunity to get high paying jobs and only promote pet candidates no matter how well qualified others are. I know it would not be good to have too much structure in the work system, but I really think an accountability system should be orchestrated between schools, career center whether government or private, and make some rules that if there are underemployed people then, the cases have to go to a higher level even to an international level to negociate finding work that will work for individuals without breaking up their families, ignoring their skills, and allowing highly prejudiced people to bully like this. I don't know what the prejudice is, but if anyone looks at my resume and how I score on many tests, they must have some sort of bias to make such a phony claim. That way the entire world would be more productive and local areas would loose some exanophobic clickishness that seems almost impossible to get around.
