Overcharged on electric bill

I have been billed over $1400.00 in over 2 months on a house that NO one lives in. There has been NO TV going, No washer and dryers going, No dishwashers. I mean NOTHING on but two lights with energy saver bulbs in them. I have never in over 11yrs had an electric bill over $250.00 and that's including during the summer months running window units full blast. I feel someone has tapped into my electric and is using it. I have not used 4500 Kilowatts. I haven't even used 100 Kilowatts. I have talked to 20 people incustomer service including the assistant to the CEO (Anita). No body can help me and I am about to loose my property that I have worked so hard for. I am having to live with friends until this situation can be resolved cause I have NO electric. Please help me for I am homeless until this situation can be resolved. Help me please!
