I won jackpot in pogo, they refused to pay me

I won the jackpot in keno on 16 january at website www.pogo.com and after waiting about a month i was notified by email that i had forfeited the jackpot.
I contacted a service representative, who then turned it over to the winnings department, i was notified via email that i would not be received the jackpot of $4999 because i was using a automatic device, but yet i was sitting right at my desk when i hit the jackpot... This game site took my money for 10 years for yearly dues, then they come up with some bogus excuse. I have heard this from other people also, they said because they were playing with robots they also had their jackpots forfeited...
Everyone needs to know this... Sad they rip people off like this and give out stupid prizes like mugs, wallpaper, t-shirts, but don't pay the jackpots...
