I was new at owning a computer, made mistake, now i've emailled to cancle, 3x's thay say didn't understand

I had just gotten my first computer and when i was looking for jobs on line i had (so i thought) i had to give my cell # that was on 3/13/10. Since then i have emailed them per their request at flycell support.com 3 times to please cancel my subscription. All three times they reply " did not understand your request". This is costing me money on my cell phone.
