Samina Kwan is a child abuser (social worker) from the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health who literally engages in trying to brainwash mentally ill children in order to get them to file false child abuse charges against their parents - even when those children have been literally stolen by LA County on false child abuse charges and had not seen their child in four (4) years.
Specifically, when parents try to get help for their children, Los Angeles County literally ignores complaints from parents and then goes after them instead.in once case, a parent was able to see his 16-year-old child twice in four (4) years - both of those visits occured during the past few months. At that time, the child apologized for make false accusations against her parent and she also disclosed the extent of the severe drug abuse that started, at age 12, when that parent first called LA County Department of Child and Family Services. Specifically, the child revealed that she was on methamphetamine at the time and had, over the past four years, engaged in ongoing and severe drug abuse including LSD, heroine, Xanax, morphine, Vicodin, Xanax, alcohol, marijuana, and countless drugs I've never heard of.in addition - for the entire year before her first suicide attempt, she was taking (when she was just 14-15 years old) ecstasy multiple times a week.
After costing the parent tens of thousands of dollars, fighting to help the child, the parent's custody was restored last year after the child tried to commit suicide for the first time. That child was eventually placed in a locked psychiatric facility at age 15. From the time on, child abuser Samina Kwan (Samina Ikramullah Kwan) has engaged in further terrorizes that child and has engaged in brainwashing. Specifically, Samina Ikramullah Kwan has tried to brainwash the child and agressively tried her to also report the parent on more false charges - even when that parent had literally not seen her in four years. When that backfired, Samina Ikramullah Kwan (a government "employee") has engaged in discussions with "Juan" from LA County DSFS in another one of their nefarious plots to file more false charges - despite the fact that Kwan was personally aware that the parent's custody rights had been restored and that even multiple people (including "therapists") from the institution where the child is currently locked up in had repeatidly told Samina Ikramullah Kwan that there were no grounds for doing so (again, Kwan started her brainwashing even when that parent hadn't seen the child in four years).
It also needs to be mention that Samina Kwan has an agenda against men - she is a miltant lesbian who tries to get others to send wedding gifts of money in support of gay marriage and is a member of the Asian and Pacific Islander Community for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people. The fact that Kwan tries to brainwash young girls into filing false child abuse charges against their parents, who Kwan knows are innocent in the first place, leds one to wonder if Samina Ikramullah Kwan is also a sexual predator, in addtion to the fact that she abuses children. LA County Neo-Nazis social workers like Samina Ikramullah Kwan need to be locked up now - before she can harm any one else.
