I've been sbopping with them for a long while. The last e-check I've issued for $1,313.20 just disappeared without any merchandise sent to me, nor the check returned

I'v ordered from CD2U, as usually (I've done over the years), sending them an e-check for $1,313.20 - and they just disappeared: I could not leave the messages (their mail box was full) could not send the emails (the website did not accept them) - DID NOT get my order. Disputed the charge with my bank as a fraud, and 6 months later got declined (the new representative said the the old represtative made a mistake calling it a fraud, when it was clearly a vendor/customer issue.
Whatever it is, I need to get reimbursed.
P.S. Before they went out of business, and I could get hold of them, they told me they did not have that particular brand, but they were expecting it in a week or so. I told them to keep the check until they get the brand to to keep me notified - none of it had happenned - they just disappeared, and I could neither leave messages nor email them - while $1,313.20 IS GONE!!!
What are you going to do about it?!
