Mona Vie
A fee to re-stock an item I refused/cancelled

I left a message for the sponsor that signed me up, to cancel any further shipments. I did this before it was shipped and nothing was done until yesterday March 24, which was too late. The shipment already went out. Today the UPS man showed up with the product and I told him to return it that I was not suppose to receive it. Then I called Mona Vie to have the charges reversed on my credit card and the customer service woman said that when it was received back to the company that they would refund the money back to the card excluding a restocking fee of 20%. I tried to understand why I had to pay this since I should have never received it to start with and she said that Mona Vie was not responsible for this and it was the fault of the sponsor and that he was to give me my restocking money back. That seems a bit strange that a billion dollar company wants a sponsor to pay a restocking fee and it also appears to me that Mona Vie is lacking in professional customer service technique and concern for the customer. So I am out 20% of the cost of the product (which is overpriced to begin with), because a billion dollar company that sells a product that is not only not FDA approved and has no actual proof that it cures anything as it wants you to believe, wants to keep my little money and not show at the very least INTEGRITY and WILLINGNESS to the customer to make them happy. Mona Vie is a scam and that is why I canceled to begin with. I hope that those who read this will not jump into buying this product without first doing a complete study on it and also remember that their customer service is for the companies monies and not the customer.
