Kevin Davis Liar, thief and writes bad checks, uses people, abuses animals

Kevin Manwill wrote a rent check for his friend and then stopped payment on it before it even reached the bank. His friend cleaned his filth encrusted apartment so he could get his deposit back. This of course is a crime and the authorities are seeking him now.

He's out on some self destructive mission and if anyone encounters him should approach with serious caution. He's armed and dangerous.

He cleans up nice and boasts all sorts of accomplishments, none of which can be confirmed or verified.

The guy thinks he's a cowboy... But doesn't bother to provide his horse with necessary care and exercise. Leaves it 24/7 in a 24x24 pen. Has a little dog, but can't be bothered to potty train the little guy, probably reducing it's chance to be adopted when Kevin gets tired of it and it winds up in a shelter.
