WELLS FARGO SERVICING COMPANYTried to work with them due to Hardship and they lied 5 times then forclosed my home

I have been trying to work out Modification on my home with ASC 5 (FIVE) times and this has been going on for months. The one and only Modification I got was $4.00 off my mortgage. I was served a Foreclosure Summons on DEC 31.2009 (New Years Eve). After much research I found that the attorney on record for them in this case anyway is David J. Stern PA in Plantation, Florida. This Law firm, if you Google it has been accused of unfair practice, been fined several times for unlawful foreclosures and attempts to push foreclosures through as fast as possible so the bank can make their money.in other words, the banks are using Ambulance Chasing Attorneys on their behalf without even checking out their backgrounds.

Also QUESTION! My mortgage has been sold 3 times and was originally under Fannie May. The original bank went under in 2005. I was not in a subprime catagory. Where is my "original' Mortgage (not a copy) and I never signed a mortgage with Wells Fargo Bank or any other bank. Do these banks have the original mortgage papers as I do in my possession and do they change the "small print" (or the illegal attorney's) change the papers to suit their needs? Since the Government says they are trying to help the homeowners in need of assistance and are giving money to our Banks, are they also aware that the banks are hiring Attorneys who are underhanded and breaking the law? Why can't a legal action be taken against the Attorney through the US Attorney Generals office in reprensenting a bank, being subsidized by us through them and tear these unprecidented acts of putting people out in the street through greed??? If a legal. Legitimate Attorney out there has the courage to take all of this on in a huge Class Action Suit, then speak up or you are also a part of the problem. Why shouldn't you have a huge mansion and private airplane and limo of your own? Besides we are paying for it anyway bailing out malicious banks!
