I was working 2 years for Wackenhut in Phoenix AZ before transferring to Florida I claimed 1 week; buy out vacation; I didn't get paid for it yet When I moved in FL, March 6 thinking I can claim it again it was a No. March 15 at 6:45 AM I started orientation class in Boca the instructor went out for a moment when she came back I was criticised for opening a can of soda I made my apology, taking the soda away she yelled at me this is not AZ this is Boca; 3:30PM the HR Manager advised me, to follow rules if i need to stay in class I told him I apologized she was still upset. March 17 the classmate & I took an exam after finishing it. At the breakroom she showed up, telling me you're almost fail, I am afraid you won't pass the final test when I said what she said you've passed, you will need to pay more attention next time.
Back in class she told me if you can't do you job you will get fired at the same time, I said what make you believe that I can't do my job she said, it was an advice. March 18 at 7:00AM I came in uniform with a new pair of shoes after entering the class. I was criticized for the kind of shoes that I wore she said, it must be black leather you need to go and come back with the one you had yesterday; I said I saw some CPO employees wore tennis shoes people never said anything; She said loudly I am a major your boss I told you what you need to do you don't tell me anything you do what i said. I didn't know what to do I chose to stay. 1:50PM Before taking the final test she made a preview, 2:15 the exam was already in process, it came to one question I asked the classmate; saying what was her answer about this question? The classmate said; sorry I can't give you any answer; without persistency I said, never mind, after I realized I knew the answer, wondering why did I ask? I was discharged for theft; dishonesty; fraud; wondering if the decision agaisnt me could be fair?
