Incomplete scan, lies and denied promise of refund if repeat of scan read by different radiologist not done

I paid $600.00 for a heart and body scan and bone density on 2/24. Results and disk were to be received in mail within 10 days. They did not. Went in and they pulled up a scan that didn't even cover known existing conditions. I was told by Mark Johnson someone would call me that evening. They did not. Went in again. No call back. Called 3/17 and finally got through to" Project Director" Mike Gibellina who said he was aware of the situation and that he would have a reread by a different radiologist on his desk within 48 hours or he would refund my money. All he did was have his assistant, Mark, e-mail the same one (Leon Jackson). Went in again on 3/19, Mike did not have a reread for me, lied about ever having made that promise and asked me to leave.
