Custom Hardhats, Signline, Team Hardhats Scam on Hardhats, Fraudulant Charges to Credit Card

We ordered hardhats for our employees with custom printing (company logo) and provided our credit card number when placing the order. After several months we followed up on the order by phone and email. We were eventually told that the hardhats were on back order from the manufacturer.

We finally requested that the order be canceled and they agreed to refund our credit card.

We placed an order elsewhere for the hardhats and actually got a larger quantity of hardhats for a lower total price including the custom printing.

It has been many months now and we still can't get a refund from these guys. They no longer return phone calls or emails. We also contacted the credit card company and the Minnesota Better Business Bureau but they are not having any luck getting a response either.

Hmmmm, wonder what's up with that?

I have seen Google Maps reviews for this company that show similar experiences by others.

Don't do business with Hanson Industries in New Hope Minnesota or you may very well be out your hard earned cash.
