I gave ELISHA M. BRUMMETT money to reserve a puppy. She said the the female was pregnant but never produced any puppies (MARLEY). She still has my money and wont give me a refund. I never got a puppy. This is not fair. I also found out that she has been scamming many other people like me. I also found this website below
