We hired Michael Hays (http://www.truckingwebdesign.com/) to build us a web site and to run a linking campaign to enhance the viewing with our target demographic. We agreed on a total fee of $3200.00 and Michael insisted on half up front to get started. We paid him $1600.00 up front and see that he has started a linking campaign but have yet to see anything that resembles a website. He is not returning any emails or voice mails and has cut off all forms of communications. He has told me several times he would call at certain times and on specific days and then, nothing. Michael seemed to be very knowledgeable about what we were looking for and communication started out as normal, but has completely stopped. I have no Idea as to why he is refusing to communicate with me or to finish the job I have hired him to do. Either way, I would like the job done or my money back and have hired legal council in Sugar Hill, GA. We have filed a grievance with the better business beuro and the state attorney's office in Georgia. So far I have found 5 other similar complaints.
