I have been using you perfect point plus eyeliner pencil for year, and really like it. Recently I purchased one that does not twist up. I know that it is full, but I can't get it to come up. I have thrown away the packaging and receipt. Also a while back I thought I would change from my usual espresso to something softer, so I purchased plum velvet. I have never been able to get it to go on. The espresso goes on so easily, but this one will not make a line. Can you help me with any of this? Dorothy Schneide
