By February 25 it hadn't arrived so I called the customer service number. I was told by a grumpy old man that it had shipped and would be delivered on the following Monday. I waited Monday and Tuesday and finally called the customer service number again. No answer. I sent an email... No response. I called again on Wednesday and was told by the same grumpy old man that I would get a refund as the manufacturer hadn't delivered any of their products. I asked why he said it had already shipped last week. He got very beligerent and told me to stick my F-cking English accent up my F-cking Ass. When I told him he was being rude he laughed like a manic insane person down the phone and then hung up on me.

So no tanning bed and no money. Will I get reimbursed? Not sure but my next stop is the BBB and then my lawyer. I order online all the time and hear about nightmare stories. I have never had a bad experience... Until now! This guy is our worst nightmare! Never never never order from summertan.com or summertan.net.
