Colon cure called to cancel but they would not refind my money. Stated I must contact corporate. I contaced them @ corporate @colcureusa.com but no results. THere was a telephone number listed with the chrge on

I respondedd to an internet offer for colon cure and acai berry zen for free trial. I called to cancel because the products upset my stomach and caused an attack of irritable bowel for which I was forced to seek medical attention first at the emergency room and then from a gastrointerologist. The medication ordered for the condition was not covered by any drug coverage therefore causing me more hardship. When I aked the rude people who answered the phone at the customer service numbeer they stated that I had indeed cancelled the ordr but did not ask for a refund. I as told I had to contact corporate at corporate@coloncureusa.com which I did by e-mail, I have recieved no response or credit to my card. I was also sent another product willism healtyd diet caps which I never ordered and never wanted. I contacted them and was advised I must return them un-opened and in the original box, which I did but never recieved the refund of 79.95.
These companies are nothing but scams and fraudulent. I think I got the other product I did not order by a phishing scam. Could never get a straight answer and now they do not answer the phone number provided
Please let me know what resorces are available to obtain my refunds and to stop these people from preying on the general public
