Face to Face Technologies Paid $70 and never received magazines

November 14 a teenage girl with a bubbly and charming personality came to the door selling magazines. She said the more sales and marketing techniques used earn her points towards winning a trip. They hit many of the houses in the neighborhood. We paid $70 expecting to receive magazines in a few weeks. To date we have not received any magazines and are out $70. When we googled the company in search of contact information after not reaching a person with the number given, we discovered that every report of this company is that it's a scam.in addition, we discovered people who never received magazines and cancelled according to the terms of their policy, are being taken to collections for stopping payments when discovering this company is a scam. This is absolutely ridiculous, and how have these company owners not been sued?
