Walt's Auto Park, at 845 S. Olive, in downtown Los Angeles is a local hangout for gangbangers, thugs, drunks, and druggies, from the local whore house across the street (a club where mostly Mexican men pay to 'dance' with women), and Hanks Bar in the Stillwell Hotel. Recently, one woman was attacked in the parking lot, where tailgate parties occur at all hours of the day and night, with public drinking and music blasting. It should be shut down, before some one gets killed.
