After seeing the ad on TV for buy one get one free for the WOW storage containers for 19.95 I ordered them. My credit card was charged $42.85 once, then it was charged $1.00 a few days later.
First complaint: I only recieved one order, the second one never came.
Second complaint: I was obviously overcharged!!!
Third Complaint: When I tried to call someone to find out what the reason was behind my card being over charged and the second order never coming, I could never speak to a person, only an automated system that just went around and around, never once offering a selection for speaking to a live person!
I have no way of getting the money back, no way of finding out what happened with the second order and no way of knowing if my credit card will be charged again in the future.
This company is a fraudulant company that steals money from people and offers no recourse!!
