Acai optimum billed me for and order that i had not recieved as well as claimed my information was not in their system even though i was billed for it

All I want is for my money to be put back into my account and to make sure this never happens to anyone else. This website and product is a scam, the telephone number does not work and when I finally reached someone they claimed they had no association with that company. Even though it is the same number in an e-mail I recieved from the initial order.
