Sam Usman is a very sly and trying man if I my use the term so slightly. Who has not only taken advantage of me but many others and when i called for help although many had heard of the mighty slum man none have stood to topple!

He buys lousy condemed homes, doesent really fix them up, then sells them on a land contract to only screw people trying to live the American Dream.

The City Officials need to look into this, maybe they dont because he is well connected? He has been getting away with this for over 20 years, so what do you think!?

Only buys homes in crack infested neighborhoods.

He gets people to work for him and never pays them.

He doesn't pay taxes.

He is ripping off section 8, our Federal Government.

He had my son do illegal dumping. My son is now in jail for his direction to my son of this illegal activity.

He never put my sons name on the contract for the house.

I have an interest besides my own loses of over one year of all the hard work I put into the house and money.

I will stop at nothing to find why MY GOVERNENMENT the one sam won't pay is still allowing him to screw with us and so many others.
