I did not receive any free simple so I can try it and decide if I like it or not, and now they charged my acct with the amount of $79.95, I called my bank for dispute,

While I was searching about this web site, I found something very interesting that I wish I can send it to you, it's under Product Spam that explain exactly what is going on in case like that. The phone number on the web site is usally only for new orders and to cancel you have to call different number they keeps you on hold for hours or does not allow you to reach an operator and finally if you reach an operator and cancel your order you will assume you will no longer be charged the$79.95 per month but they will conveniently have no record of your cancellation fo a few month, how can they do this, it is very simple they made a crappy product that they had no intention of ever selling long term so they simply run the company into ground make a fortune and start new companythe next day).

My question is what can I do with this company, I dont have a real name to report them, no address, do you think in this case the federal office will help.
