Unable to contact for warranty issue

Purchased an under visor light (UV60).installed it in my truck. Unit worked for about 10 minutes worth of use, then stopped. I tried to contact them. Left messages Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with no response. Tried again Thursday, and Friday, but was unable to get past the "busy" signal. I just want a new light. It was awesome when it worked.
