This place is a SCAM in every aspect. They act as if they are doing you a favor, (for a fee). They mail out letters with the name of a bank at the top, as if it is from a bank you may have a loan with. The letter I received had the name of a bank that I did not even have a loan with, but they were ready to HELP me. They do not put there name on the letterhead, it is in the second paragraph, mid-sentence.in the FINE PRINT at the bottom of the page is their confession that they are NOT affiliated, connected, or associated with the lender that they are referring to at the top of the page. They gathered the information from my county public records, which is incorrect, not a problem for them though.

Take a few minutes and enter their name in a search on the internet and you will be awakened to the positive/negative about them. I had a very hard time finding any positive, but the negatives had State Attorney Generals, Consumer Reports, Etc. Showing the history for years. From 2002 until today they have been doing similar tactics, and yet are having no problem continuing to do business. I called them, and was informed by a supervisor that they are doing nothing illegal. That is true, but read the letter for yourself and see how you feel about honesty. If anybody feels something is not right, then they must do something to prevent it from happening like this for years. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It takes more than a few do get our appointed officials to correct problems. If you feel wronged, do not simply through it away, speak out to alert them about how much is going on.
