Three months, no product and can't get in touch w/anyone to find out what is going on

As is anyone, I am on a budget. I spent a lot of time looking for the best deal on pc parts from what appeared to be a reputable company. I need a new computer, nothing fancy, but mine is too old to efficiently do the work I do and is actually costing me time, so it's time to build a new one. After looking for over a week, I come across "Eworldsale.com". They had exactly the parts I was looking for which happened to be a motherboard which still supported some older hardware/software and a Sempron processor. Both of which were chosen for many reasons, especially energy comsumtion.

Well, I waited... And I've waited. It's been two months now and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone from the company to find out what happened to my order. Of course they didn't hesitate to bill my credit card. I've received two statements saying they've shipped my parts, yet neither of them have tracking numbers for the proposed UPS shipment. All I want are my parts or a refund.

It's less than a hundred dollars... But it's still my money and I really need those parts.
