Deceptive advertising

I took my Mercedes SUV for service, Keith convinced me to trade it in for a sedan, I didn't text drive, signed over my SUV in exchange. I drove home and realized I had a raw deal. I didn't like the sedan. I contacted Keith and returned the car. They have a 3 day return no questions asked policy advertised on TV and phone recording. I want my Car back and they have refused to honor my request. I paid $56,450 in cash for this car after I sold my property in my country of origin. I feel they're taking advantage of my being a woman. Please hank, help me get back mu SUV. Thanks
