CURRENT SCAM, "Take our roads back" Revenue Enhancement in other words SPEED TRAPS TO ROB THE TAXPAYERS TO FILL THE COFFERS OF MUNICIPALITIES. The cops are the "Soldiers" or thieves that will pull you over for??? Well they don't need a reason. And give you some paperwork. If your a cop and are being forced into quotas then be a whistle blower and expose the Boss, you may loose your job, but at least you'll have integrity.
