Jeep I have been swindled by Rice to back Maximum Care Plan. Scammed me!

I paid $2800.00 for a Maximum Care Plan from Rice Chrysler when I bought my 2006 Chrysler 300C SRT8. I bought the maxed out car. The total value of the vehicle came to $47,800. The administrative people talked me into paying another $2800 for the Maximum Care Warranty Plan to 100,000 miles.
Before I drove the car off the lot I noticed that the rotors had unusual wear. I pointed this out to the sales person and he said he would have it taken care of. So they gave me a loaner for 3 days. When I returned to receive the automobile they to me that it was normal wear.
This is the TSB "Technical Service Bulletin" for this problem that they didn't fix from the start.
