Geneva Watch deceptive marketing and fraudlent charge

On January 31 I got a pop-up survey while surfing the internet. After I answered the questions, the survey site offered a thank-you gift. It gave me the choice of any one of five awards if I paid only 1.00 plus 4.99 shipping and handling. I selected the wrist watch and I used my credit card to pay the nominal charge. The watch arrived within the time frame promised. I was satisfied.
However on February 9 the company charged my credit card again, this time for $88.99! I never agreed to pay this amount for the "free gift". This is obviously a blatant attempt at ripping people off. Not only is the watch I received worth far less than 88.99, the sneaky manner in which it was sold and billed, (why did they wait 10 days to post the second charge?), shows that they are keenly aware of what they are doing.
I have disputed the charge on my credit card, but the company's gross business practice has to be published so that others do not fall prey. And if they do fall for the fraudulent sales pitch they have evidence that this company is a rip-off.
