Richard Harris Law Firm Advertises on Television all day everyday, Lying to Americans that they will fight Personal Injury Cases. I first spoke with Nancy Bernstein of that firm and she made an appointment for me on Monday February 22 to start the Paperwork. I canceled the on Sunday, February 21 BECAUSE I am injured, was not feeling well, cannot drive while taking the medication for pain. I also have Gulf War Illness. I was also afraid of filing a complaint against the Insurer of the unlicensed Cuban who Intentionally hit my car, after coming home, finding him parked in My assigned Handicapped parking space. I blew my horn and asked him to move. The Parking space is Clearly designated for my apartment. He got out of his vehicle and started ranting and raving, acting as if he was going to hit me. I rolled the window up and called Las Vegas Metro Police who missed him by one minute! It was a Hit and Run.
