So far proving to be a COMPLETE RIPOFF! Not able to contact after waiting 9 months for "scheduled release" of two songs

After getting 'hyped' about my two songs being selected for a "Star Route USA" album release, and spending a sizeable amount of money, I feel I've been totally ripped off! Last May ('09), Amerecord informed me two of my original songs were chosen for an upcoming album that would be released approx. 90 days after their 'master recording session'. As the year progressed, with no communication from their end, I attempted both phone and mail correspondence to inquire on progress/status, with my letter being returned 'undeliverable as addressed' and the ph.# they'd provided in their ad— unserviceable. So, here I am writing this in an attempt warn others, and possibly see some fair resolution for myself.
