Direct to Home Appliances LLC is a rapidly growing and profitable online retail owning many websites generating millions in revenue selling high end home products. We have two open reqs for customer service / administrative support representatives to serve as the first point of contact to the customer service team.
In this position the successful candidate would be responsible for activities associated with the Consumer Operations Call Center function. Those responsibilities include, but are not limited to serve as first point of contact informing the customer of product changes, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and following up on orders to ensure delivery by specific dates and provide tracking. Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, repairs and address customer concerns and issues. Provide all support pertaining to vendor interaction such as spa repair sources, mail processing, shipping and receiving. As a secondary task, you will also assist in any necessary administrative duties needed in the office.
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred; High-School diploma required. 2 years previous customer service experience required. Must possess excellent phone etiquette. Previous administrative experience and previous Internet processing experience is preferred. Excellent communication and listening skills. Must be detailed oriented. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge and experience using computer with strong keyboarding/data entry skills. Must possess a strong customer focus.

Sounds legitimate right? I bumped into it while I was applying to jobs online because Steve Barbarich just layed me off due to not being able to pay me. The day of my layoff was February 11, guess when I got paid. Just yesterday at the incorrect amount and I'm disputing my collected vacation with the DOL right now.
The other rep who worked with me was also layed off. I can tell you that paychecks have bounced a few times but since I know that I go to the CEO's bank and get in cash on the spot so I wont go through hassles later, my poor coworkers had bounced check fees and using money that wasn't even in their account. If you are taking your chances with this job get everything from STEVE BARBARICH IN WRITING-ALWAYS!
My point is stay away from this sinking ship!
