Swift Rock / Clear you dept. Is a total rip off company. Basically, They told me to start placing money in an account they setup for me instead of using the money to pay off the dept on my cards. Also not to answer any phone calls from any companies calling about payment. So I put @$500 a month in this account and ignored all the calls... For months!!! Then one day I accidentally answered the phone call and began to talk to them. They (American Express) told me that they know all about this company and they don't work with them; NEVER DID! So when I called Swift Rock to tell them what happened. They kept telling me the same thing, to ignore them. Meanwhile my credit score was suffering.

It went from a 697 to 490 and I have a history of late payments when I never did before. So I called Swift Rock to cancel the services they said they were offering me. They said fine they will refund me all the money they had in the account.
