Chris Weissman, Owner Scamming Locksmith

Chris Weissman is the WORST locksmith I have ever had to deal with, and I regret calling him. He never notified me of any estimate and went ahead and did whatever without my consent. I am a home manager and he came and said whatever he wanted to my tenant and did what he felt like.

I didn't authorized any work order, nor was I aware of what was going on. I last talked to him in September. We talked about changing the locks but I asked for an estimate first. He called me on Feb. 2010 and told me over the phone how much I owed him, and asked me when I would pay it. This came out of the blue and I was not expecting it. I hadn't spoken to him in the past few months! The bill was over $1,100... He told me to pay or he was going to call the police on me, and I was going to be arrested... I have never heard this before in my life!

He told me he needed to pay so I could support his business payment, house payment, truck payment, his pet expenses, and his girlfriends ring down payment... It sounded to me like he needed cash quick and this was the scheme he cooked up. I have called him for his services a few time and for different houses. He might have the impression that he can scam a large amount of cash through me.

All the other times I called him he gave me an estimate and notified me by phone when he was on the property. All in all I never expected this from him. I STILL have not gotten an bill from him... He just wants my credit card or bank info over the phone. He has been calling me every few min. On my cellphone and I have phone records to prove it. He is now harassing me and won't leave me alone. I feel very threatened, especially since this is the first DAY I have been told my bill!
