Waterworkz pools Scamed me out of 27,900 for a pool they never completed and its going on 10 months

I signed my contract in June and paid 27,900 and very little is being done towards completion. It is now the end of Feb and my pool is still not finished. I signed my contract in June and have paid 27,900 thus far. My pool has not been completed to date and I keep getting excuses about why it not complete from Dan Honig the president of Waterworkz. I was so displease I got a laywer and then Dan gave me a letter stating my pool would be finished by September 19. Well its Feb and nothing has been done and I have not seen or heard from him. I visited twice in September and they just told me what I wanted to hear to get me out of there. Rick an employee visited my house and gave me samples to pick out again for the pool decking and coping and said he would be back the next day to pick them up. He never came back nor did he answer any phone calls from me. Not to mention this was about the third time we have picked the same stuff over and over. It seems like a cover up to buy more time by telling me we have to order materials. This is almost a half year later and I am getting the same stories. I filed a complaint with the BBB in September but little has happened since then. Is this fair that my family has to suffer the emotional stress and abuse after they have taken our money? Daniel Honig is a crook and he preys on military familes. I have gotten together with several families that he did the same way and what I mean is he dug a hole in their backyard and left with the money. We all got lawyers and found out that he filed chapter 11 almost two years ago and continues to scam people. Now he has filed a chapter 7 to protect his assets. We all have filed a police report for theft of services. He did not even pay the gunite people and they have tried to put a lien on my home because Dan Honig. He owes everyone money and I will lead the way to make sure he goes to jail for what he has done. I have been around to several homes he left in a real bad condition. Please do your homework before dealing with him. He is a smooth talker but behind that is a lair, cheater, and someone that will rob you blind. I warn you this guy has several companies that are all a scam but his day is coming in court and I will bring all the ones he has done wrong to testify against him and maybe we can put him in prision where he belongs. I will warn you again, he is a crook. I will add pictures as soon as rip off will accept them. Lets get justice against Danel E. Honig.
