I ordered this product over the internet and have been charged every month for over 4 months despite a cancellation from me every month.
Cancellations are refused by the company via many different schemes.
First their website will take your information and never act on it. That was the first two months. Then it crashed whenever I tried to use their contact email. After weeks of trying I did get one email thru and was able to copy my cancellation email back to me via their website. After that my email appeared to be blocked and would not "send" via any communication link from their website. Then the web sites keep sending you from one web site with one name to another with a different name with the same run around. When you try the "contact us" link guess what? Invalid email.
Try to call and cancel. Good luck! First you are given one phone number and when you call you are given more phone numbers to call for everything but cancellations. When you call the other phone numbers you get the same run around. Only recordings, no way to reach a person, and no way to leave a message. They keep moving from city to city so the address keeps changing as well. First Pompano Beach and now Hallandale.
Now lets get down to the health complaint. One puff from these manufactored liquids almost shut my lungs down. The FDA has not approved this for the public and the state should investigate for tax evasion. If it is nicotine, it is a cleaver way to avoid the state tax on tobacco. The product is made... You know where... China and so is the liquid that you inhale. No safeguards. BREATHE WITH UPMOST CAUTION.
