M&T, M&ZT Bank Fraudulent mortgage promises and taking advantage of minorities

Attention to prospective M&T mortgage customers. Pay attention what M&T sales people promise you and what you get in your mortgage especially if you are a minority and you do not speak good English.
For example, the M&T sales person promised that M&T never sells mortgages and in the contract it says they can sell my mortgage.
Worse, they will call you to make a payment by using a robotic system even if you are late a few days and within the grace period. Expect a lot of calls from them. They are like voltures and they call your house and they ask all kinds of questions to make you submit psychologically.
Pay attention to the terms of the contract like having them pay your insurance, taxes, etc. They tell you with words we can change that later on but they never do.
In sum, find a reputable company to do business instead of dealing with M&T mortgage. Go with Wxxxx Fxxxx where I have my second mortgage and I am being treated with respect.
