Fraudulent card payment

I have just come across a payment to www.greatforms.net on our credit card statement and have never heard of them. On further investigation we realised this was a fraudulent payment. Luckily we caught it quickly and headed to the bank to refute it. Although it is a small amount I decided to take the time to file this report as we found out from this site ourselves that they are frauds which helped us take immediate action - so thanks go to usacomplaints.com.
