Online chemicals - chlorine refill

My order (9107093LFWN) was placed last week. Expecting a shipment today and finding none, I called Leslies 800 number. The chlorine tabs haven't been shipped yet (a week later). Do they always conduct business in this manner? Chemicals are needed for pool stability and I thought I could depend on Leslies. I was mistaken. Leslies ordering department needs to be fixed - NOW. This will be my last order from this company.
